He is survived by: his brothers, Alvin Dowell (Tucker) and Eugene Dowell; his wife Elaine Quearry Dowell; his children, Amanda Dowell and Keith Dowell (Tabby) of Jonesboro, Arkansas; his grandsons, Payton Dowell of Judsonia, Aiden and Gabe Dowell of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and his great grandchild Lucas Neal Dowell of Judsonia, Arkansas. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
