She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Simmons (Matthew) of Newark; her grandchildren, Cole Simmons (Meredith), Austin Simmons and Denise Burns (Craig); and her great grandchildren, Carter Simmons, Crayton Simmons, Dylan and Violet Burns. She is also survived by several friends and other family members.
