She is survived by: her children, Joe Rooks Jr. (Randy) and Patricia Rooks; her brother Bill Runyan; her granddaughters, Tamera Carter (Matt), Jillian Beever and Alexandra Headley; and her great grandchildren, Chase Carter and Addison Carter. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
