It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Rutledge of Batesville, Arkansas, born in Cave City, Arkansas, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Will "W. D." Crutcher and Bertie Brewer Crutcher; her husband Bill Rutledge; her son Philip Rutledge; her siblings, Ed Crutcher, Bill Crutcher, Bob Crutcher, Willene Self, Addie Fike and Annetta Kelly; and her half-siblings, Dan Crutcher, Myrtle Burge and Irene Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Rutledge of Maumelle; her sister Pat Simmons of Batesville; her grandchildren, T'Ray Rutledge (Briana), Pepper Lee Rutledge Day (Paden), Rachel Newell and Laura Newell; and her great grandchildren, Olen Philip Rutledge and Maverick Day. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
