He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Earl Harris and Icie Hutchinson (Long). He is survived by: his wife Eddie Ann Harris (Spicer); and his daughters, Janet Hukill (Jim) of Mesquite and Teresa Ann Harris of Camarillo. He is also survived by five nieces, and two nephews.
