He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Pike Chitwood and Clarice Chitwood (Kelly). He is survived by: his sons, Gary Leslie Chitwood (Evelyn) of Searcy, Arkansas, Jerry Mack Chitwood of Indiana, Kelly Ray Chitwood of Illinois and Johnny Chitwood of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas.. He is also survived by eighteen Grandchildren and thirty-one Great-Grandchildren.
