He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy H. Couch and Pearl Marie Couch (Bolen); his siblings, Charles Couch, Martha Shay and Sue Craft; and his great grandchild Adam Selvidge.
He is survived by: his spouse Pat Couch (Burge); his children, Kevin Couch (Stacey) of Charlotte and Stacey Shields (Kelly) of Pensacola, Florida; his brother Jim Couch (Donna) of Sherwood; his grandchildren, Tim Selvidge (Erin), Thomas Shields, Joseph Shields and Guy Couch; and his great grandchild Emory Selvidge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harrison Street Church of Christ (1536 Harrison St, Batesville, AR 72501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
