He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pierce and Bertha Pierce (Stevens); his wife Ionice Lee Pierce; and his siblings, Arlis Pierce, Inez Pierce, Verna Rounds, Mary Lou Wackerly and Gladys Baker.
He is survived by: his daughter Tami Ramey (Gerald) of Batesville; his grandchildren, Brooke Stevenson (Marty) and Grant Bentz; his stepgrandchildren, Warren Ramey, Jarrett Ramey and Carley Ramey; and his great grandchildren, Caroline Stevenson, Sofia Bentz, Cayden Hollett, Emmitt Foster and Titus Foster.
