It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Edington of Batesville, Arkansas, born in Guion, Arkansas, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dick Edington and Sarah Howell; his wife Rhunia Condrey Edington; his sister Lorene Yonaka; and his daughter-in-law Paula Norman Edington.

He is survived by : his children, Tony Edington of Batesville, Randy Edington (Jo Ann) of Little Rock, Janey Mullins (Danny) of Batesville and Donna Strayer (Jay) of Edgemont; his sisters, Evadean Yonaka (Leon) of Washington, Faye Condrey of Guion, Ann McTigue of Cave City and Murt Edington of Melbourne; and his grandchildren, Tosha Nelson (Joe), Jason Edington (Kimberly), Daniel Mullins, Nathaniel Edington (Telenna), Steven Strayer (Danielle), Kimberly Burns (Michael), Clayton Strayer (Jessica) and Billie Esponisa. He is also survived by twenty one great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
