He was predeceased by : his siblings, Willard Parmer, Lilly Reed, Sarah Wortham, Jean Adellote and Barb Rudolph; and his parents, John Parmer and Lois Parmer.

He is survived by : his brother Carl Parmer (Rose) of Cave City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home (510 E College Ave, Batesville, AR 72501). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Locust Grove Cemetery.
