It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Hancock of Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on August 20, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Bryant and Nellie Bryant (Hall); her husband Rev. Patrick Homer Hancock; her son Rev. Chris Hancock; and her siblings, William "Bill" Bryant, Morris Bryant, Bobby Bryant, Katherine "Kay" Spigner and Ireta Richardson.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Castleberry of Batesville; her daughter-in-law Lesa Hancock of Batesville; and her grandchildren, April Casey (Harold), James Tims (Brandi), Elizabeth Smith (Will), Bryan Hobbs (Nancy), Nathanael Hancock (Tiffany) and Drew Hancock (Savannah). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
