He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Formon and Una Flanagan; and his brothers, Ted Formon and Dweght Formon. He is survived by: his stepbrother Terry Hanner of Atlanta, Georgia; and his sisters, Marlana Cooper (Clint), Janet Cheek and Cicondra Walton (Hugh).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woods Chapel Baptist Church (175 Dixie Rd, Brookland, AR 72417). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
