William Leslie Griffin Jr. Obituary

William Leslie Griffin, Jr. "Pop", age 75, of Batesville, Arkansas passed away on July 1, 2026 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born on September 25, 1950 in Martinsville, Virginia to William Leslie Griffin, Sr. and Clara Mae (Hodges) Griffin. William enjoyed tinkering, building things, watching his grandchild play softball, and spending time with family.

Survivors include; one daughter: Shaun Crenshaw (Tommy); one brother: Terry Griffin (Joy); one sister: Connie Sweatt (Bill); three grandchildren: Justin Crenshaw, Colby Crenshaw (Kenzie), Leslie Crenshaw; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his parents: William Leslie Griffin, Sr. and Clara Mae (Hodges) Griffin; and his wife: Martha Griffin.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Immediately to follow a celebration of life will be held at the Cave City First Assembly Church in Cave City, Arkansas.
