He was predeceased by : his parents, Dethrow Brumley and Thelma Brumley; his daughter Robin Suzanne; his granddaughters, Faith and Hope Brumley; and his brother Bill Joe Brumley.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia Dalline Brumley; his sons, Willis Edward "Eddie" Brumley Jr. (Carol) and Gregory Shane Brumley (Dana); his grandchildren, Hunter Brumley (Shelbie), Darrick Brumley (Haley), Jessica, Gracie, Avery and Chloe Brumley; his great grandchildren, Channing, Charlotte, Leighton and Banner Brumley; and his sister Wilma Adams.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home (510 E College Ave, Batesville, AR 72501). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Roller Crouch Chapel (510 E College Ave, Batesville, AR 72501).
