He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward Houpt (Lyda Mae Carson) and Arco Winburn; and his siblings, John E Houpt, Paul Winburn, John Edwin Houpt, Mary Ridenour and Joyce Ann Winburn.
He is survived by: his wife Barabara; his daughter Holly Clemmons (Kelly Clemmons); his grandsons, Bradley Mitchell Clemmons and Casey Robert Clemmons (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Devyn Rae Clemmons, Haden Joseph Rigsby, Evan Mitchell Clemmons, Ellison Jewel Clemmons, Nixie Willow Clemmons and Hudson Hines.
The family request that donations be made in memory of Robert Wesley Houpt to Mount Olive Missionary Church, or Mount Olive Cemetery instead of flowers.
