He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Newell and Wilma Newell. He is survived by: his wife Pam Newell; his daughter Katilyn Newell; his stepchildren, Blake Quarrles and Ashley Ickes; his sister Ellen Davis; his grandson Braden Newell; his sibling's children, Sara Vanhorn, Winter Richardson, Ashley Smith and Danny Abbott; his uncles, Albert Ussery, Randy (Kim Ussery) and Bobby (Deanna Ussery); and his aunt Judy (Ralph Birchem). He is also survived by several cousins, and a host of friends.
