She was predeceased by : her parents, Troy Bailey and Veneda Holtrop; her stepparents, Bill Holtrop and Effie May Bailey; her siblings, Larry Bailey, Gary Bailey, Tina Cullins, Terry Bailey, Ronnie Bailey, Pat Byrd, Velma Topham, Rose Shipman and Mary Johnson; and her nephews, Rex Boudreaux and Ronald White.

She is survived by : her children, Donna Starkey (James) and Joseph Boudreaux (Amy); and her siblings, Benny Bailey, Ricky Bailey, Carol Gunter and Steven Bailey. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
