He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Modlin and Rosie Modlin of Beebe; and his siblings, Gary Modlin, Dale Modlin of Beebe, Ann Monroe of Jacksonville, Orine Modlin of Beebe and Kathy Daniels of Hot Springs.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alene Gee of Springtown and Mike Modlin (Kathy) of Beebe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Grissard Cemetery.
