She is survived by: her husband James Starkey Jr.; her children, Felicia Cowart, Joseph Cowart (Lauren) and Veneda Allison (Jagger); her grandchildren, Kassie Ouzts (Chase), Baxston Ouzts, Jaxon Carey, Kenzie Cowart, Avery Cowart, Benson Carey, Isabelle Cowart, Ava Boudreaux Allison, Marko Cowart III, Lakeleigh Cowart, Brooklyn Cowart and Amara Allison; her great grandchild Holden McKinley Lewis; and her brother Joseph Troy Boudreaux (Amy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
