“I enjoyed working on several projects with Earl with the most memorable being the renovation of the Maybelline factory when they were purchased by L'Oreal, Sig Sauer, and LM AUR III. Earl was always a great resource. He didn't speak much until there were problems or challenges on the project. Then he would calmly come up with a recommendation or solution. He was always fair and reasonable. I learned alot from Earl. I really respected his opinion and demeaner. He was a good man.”
