She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Collins and Pearl Collins; her husband Frank Maples; and her daughters, Bonnie Moody, Patricia Watts and Dianne Hawkins.

She is survived by : her daughters, Debbie Whiting, Shelia Bailey (Victor), Pat Henson (Charles) and Terry Maples; and her brothers, George Collins (Helen) and Thomas Collins (Lynda). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
