He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Dukes and Janie Dukes; his children, Ellen Rackley (Tom Rackley) and Leslie Silvey (Brent Silvey); his grandchildren, Olivia Grace Silvey, Annalyse Silvey and Garrett Rackley; his friend Ronnie Paro; and his grandson Jordan.
