He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blanks Phillips and Nola Bailey Phillips; his wife Anna Eloise Powell Phillips; his children, Rita Louise Phillips and Brian Clayton Phillips; and his siblings, David Phillips Jr., Owen Ray Phillips, Clarence Lynn Phillips, Francis Rose Powell Phillips and Tommy John Phillips.
He is survived by: his sons, Kendall Lee Phillips, Jr. (Lynette) of Conway, AR and Roger Allen Phillips of Newport, AR; his grandsons, Geoffrey Kendall Phillips (Ashley) of Sherwood, AR and Jonathan Ryan Phillips (Chelsea) of Horseshoe Bend, AR; and his great grandchildren, Gracyn Elizabeth Phillips, Lincoln Jude Phillips and Judah Kendall Phillips. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012).
