He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Dugger and Thresa Dugger; and his sister Sharon Kay Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jo Dugger; his children, Bobby Dugger (Jessica) and Lisa Speer (Jason); his grandchildren, Brayden Speer (Keely), Dylan Speer, Breanna Dugger and Cody Dugger; and his siblings, John Dugger (Dena), Barbara Van Pelt (Don) and Sheila Lennox (Jerry). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Valley Baptist Church (932 US-64, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at the Stoney Point Cemetery (738 Swinging Bridge Rd, Beebe, AR 72012).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Larry's memory to Union Valley Baptist Church, The Gideons, or St. Jude's.
