We announce the death of Phyllis Ann Miller of Beebe, Arkansas, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 64. Phyllis Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, A. D. McCoy and Eula Pruitt McCoy; her brothers-in-law, Donald Miller Sr. and James Miller; her nephews, D. J. Miller and Robert McCoy; and her sister-in-law Betty Thompson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Miller of Clarendon and Michelle Conklin (Buddy) of McRae; her siblings, Jerry McCoy of Center Ridge, Arkansas, Terry McCoy of Center Ridge, Arkansas, Johnny McCoy (Nita) of Center Ridge, Arkansas, Leslie McCoy (Sherry) of Center Ridge, Arkansas and Betty Burns (Earl) of Marianna, Arkansas; her sisters-in-law, Melba Miller, Connie Watson (Larry) and Brenda Williford (Steve); her aunt Clara Burch of Hamburg, Arkansas; her brother-in-law Buddy Henley; her grandchildren, Delana Welch (Holden), Jesse Miller, Tyler Miller (Ashlynn), Kaitlyn Webb (Curtis), Jolissa Lindsey, Jakob Lindsey, Presley Lindsey, Hollee Cossey, Cossey, Kaylee Miller, Ryan Miller, Jayden Miller and Remington Miller; her great grandchildren, River, Remington, Ryder Miller and Luna Webb; her close friend Debbie Doan; and her pet Sissy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bob Neal & Sons - Clarendon Funeral Home (292 Madison St, Clarendon, AR 72029). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM at the Blackton Cemetery.
