She was predeceased by: her husband Lowell Raymond Kelley; her parents, Bertha Garrison Bowers and Thomas Kit Bowers; her son Larry Raymond Kelley; her great grandchildren, Lowell Raymond Kelley Jr. and Isla Mazur; and her siblings, Patsy Wilson, Pauline Parrish, Josephine Herrod, Eva Mann, Faye Fowler, Treva Mae Bowers and Thomas Bowers (Bubby).
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Rene' Miller (Douglas). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Westbrook Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Smith Family Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012).
