He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Foote and Rachel Foote (Hoy); his wife Laura Foote; his sons, Larry Foote and Stephen Foote; his children-in-law, Theresa Foote, Louise Foote, Clarence Wright and Kevin Baker; his grandchildren, Adrian Foote, Christopher Wright and Laura Foote; and his siblings, Kelley, John, Pete, Cyril, Mary, Calmary, Anna Lou, Geraldine and Sara.
He is survived by: his children, Arthur Foote Jr. of Dodge City, Curtis Foote (Karen) of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Vanessa Baker of Garland and Sandra Wright of Dodge City; and his sisters, Wanda Jean Brown (Wille) of Wichita and Iola Pounds of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Hannah Memorial Church of God in Christ in care of the funeral home.
