She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Llewellyn and Helen M. Llewellyn; and her husband Jerry (Jerry). She is survived by: her children, Michael Herriott (Mary) of Colorado Springs, Cliff Herriott (Tammy) of Toledo and Mary Bendickson of Bella Vista, AR. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
