He is survived by: his wife Marty; his daughter Tammy Mentzer (Richard) of Yates Center, KS; his son-in-law Kelly Austin of Bella Vista, AR; his sister Rosean Harrington of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Taylor Austin (Abby) of Prairie Grove, AR, Kate Austin of Bella Vista, AR, Stephanie Bowen (Gary) of Yates Center, KS, Rachel Samuelson (Stephen) of Dodge City, KS, Richie Mentzer of Chicago, IL and Ryan Mentzer of Grand Junction, CO; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Jamie, Samantha and Samuelson.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (13455 N Mt Pleasant Rd, Gravette, AR 72736).
