He is survived by: his wife Lazette Cox (Burnum); his son Dr. Jack Ronald Cox Jr.; his grandchildren, Jody McFearin, Tammy Jones and Randy Terrill; his sister Judy Kirby; and his grandchildren, Dr. Melanie Belcik (Brian), Brandon Cooper (Amanda), Dr. Matt Cooper (Liz), Ashley Guillory (Caleb), Allyson Grafton and Ericka Powell (Matt). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
