He is survived by: his children, Chris Jacobs (Jennifer) of Bella Vista, Jon Jacobs (Amanda) of Bella Vista and Stephanie Turner (Alan) of Denver, Colorado; his siblings, Marty Lampkin of Hughes, Steve Jacobs of Texas and Linda Jacobs of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Katlin Hardin (Randle) of Bella Vista, Conner Jacobs (Meredith) of Little Rock, Tyler Jacobs of Bella Vista, Andrew Turner of Denver and Sara Turner of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
