She is survived by: her children, Donavan Nelson (Shannon) of Erie and Jeanette Chapman (Keith) of Bella Vista, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Zachary Nelson (Cynthia) of Erie, Amanda Nelson of Lafayette and Rachel Murphy of Joplin, Missouri; her great grandchild Evelyn Hailey Nelson; her siblings, Lynda Muller of Brookings, Dean Tuinstra of Pipestone and Elijah Kots; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Tuinstra of Jasper and Barbara Tuinstra of Flagstaff, Arizona..
