He is survived by: his wife Laura Beth Dawson Manley; his sons, Robert J. Manley and Michael O. Manley (Susan); his stepson Norman James Dawson; his children, Blake Richard Manley (Christina) and Kristin Lee Farwig (Tim); and his sister Michele Ann Clark (Don). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
