She was predeceased by: her son Mike Cozad. She is survived by: her husband Jerry G. Cozad; her children, Michelle Fritsch (Paul), Brad Cozad (Colleen) and Bonnie Cozad; her grandchildren, Danie Jennings, Hannah Lara, Bryan Fritsch, Matt Fritsch, Rebekah Cozad and Luke Cozad; and her great grandchildren, Jonah Lara and Isabel Lara.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry kindly requests that memorial donations be made to The Periwinkle Foundation, a charity dedicated to enriching the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses through camps, arts, and survivor programs.
