He was predeceased by: his parents, Loran Balch and Patty Johnson Balch; his brother Rodney Balch; and his son-in-law Matthew White. He is survived by: his wife Johnna Balch; his children, Eric Balch, Jasmine White, Joseph and Abigail Balch; his siblings, Lyn (Tom Evans), Diane Cartwright, Phil Balch and Eric (Julie Balch); and his grandchildren, Kelly Balch, Penelope White, Emilia White, Boston Balch and Tempie Balch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
