He was predeceased by: his parents, Pang Vongphakdy and Mouang Vongphakdy. He is survived by: his close friend Phet Keohavong; his sons, Henry Vongphakdy and Timothy Phommarath; his grandchildren, Aiden, Alexia and Valerie; Robert Fultz, Souk Fultz, Molly Vilavanh, Jasmine Vasquez and Lucy Keohavong. He is also survived by four sisters in Laos; one grandson.
