Alberta Waylene Linker Obituary

Alberta Waylene 'Whybark' Linker of Benton, Arkansas was born June 3rd, 1959, in Santa Rosa, California to the late Fred and Violet Lee.

She was an amazing mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved her family more than anything in the world and would do anything for anyone without hesitation.

Alberta loved spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She enjoyed eating lemons and watching Grey's Anatomy and scary movies. She enjoyed singing and dancing. She was always the life of the party and had the biggest sense of humor. She loved to laugh and enjoyed making other people laugh. She was the glue that held the family together and will be greatly missed.

Alberta passed away Tuesday, August 17th, at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton at the age of 62. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Fred 'Bubby' Lee and Victor Lee; grandsons, Trevor and Brody Gearhart; she was also preceded in death by, Bobby Blackwell; and her brother-in-law, Danny Mewborn Sr.

She is survived by her daughters, Angela Boal, Jessica Adams, and Tammy Weiner; grandchildren, Brittany Culpepper, Dylan Boal and his girlfriend Danielle Steele, Jeff Clark and his wife Laycon, Lakiesha and Stephon McDaniel; great grandchildren, Jaxon Thompson, Derek and Daxon Boal, Kessler Clark, Payton Clark, Layne Clark, and Kyran Clark, and Evan Weiner; sisters, Nita Whybark, Joan Mewborn, and Glenda Fields; she is also survived by her ex husband and best friend, Monty Whybark, several nieces and nephews, other family members, and many, many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 24th, 2021, at Atkinson's Funeral Home Chapel in Malvern.
