She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred "Papper" Billing and Mary "Mammer" Howell Billing. She is survived by: her husband Allen; her daughter Sara Howard (Bob); her granddaughter Amber Hope (William); her great grandchildren, Marlea Hope, Shelby Hope and Will Hope (Sami); and her great great grandchild Harlee Ann Hope.
