He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill H. McAlister and Sally Pearl McAlister (Tarvin) of Lonsdale, Arkansas.; and his pet Tripp. He is survived by: his wife Karon; his sister Phyllis Heyer (David) of Conroe, Texas; his children, Trey McAlister (Jennifer), Brice McAlister and Kecia McAlister Alamo; and his stepchildren, Shana Denton (Buckley), Rodney Scarbrough (Tracy) and Raymond Garner (Brandy). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nephews, cousins, and friends.
