He is survived by: his wife Sue Witham; his children, Pam Fajkus (Benny), Mike Lindsey (Barbara), Kim Rodgers (Charles) and Jerry Taylor (Karen); his sisters, Elaine Cruise and Laverne Mitchell; his grandchildren, Sheila Kurtin, Jay Ivanhoe, Lance Robbins, Corey Robbins, Shane Lindsey, Michelle Burns, Summer Willis, Dylan Gunnel and Megan Taylor; and his friend Cajun. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
