He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Creed and Bonnie Rea Fowler Welchman; his son David Allen Welchman; and his siblings, Dorothy Welchman Hope, Charles "Chuck" Welchman and William Welchman.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Frazier Welchman of Benton; his daughters, Melanie Lynn Partridge of Gulf Port, MS and Amy Michelle Torres of Biloxi, MS; his grandsons, Josh, Ian and Daniel Gordon; and his great grandchildren, Josh Torres and Olivia Gordon.
