With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmela Mary Phillips of Benton, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Risorto Santarelli and Clotilda Santarelli; her husband Wilburn "Leon" Phillips; her daughters, Deborah Phillips and Linda Phillips Eubanks; and her siblings, Raphael Chadwick, Philomena Morelli and Pasquale Santarelli.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Phillips Ferrell (Jeff) and David L. Phillips (Deborah); her brother Vincent Santarelli (Frannie); her grandchildren, Roger Eubanks Jr. (Sarah Sparkman), Angela Eubanks Hebert (Jeffrey), Anna Eubanks, Megan Eubanks Thomas (Kevin), Alison Phillips, Dawson Phillips, Madison Phillips, Blake Ferrell and Nick Ferrell; and her great grandchildren, Kendall Hebert, Truett Hebert, Beckett Hebert, Skylar Thomas and Natasha Thomas. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
