She is survived by: her husband Cloys Perkins; her children, Paul Hackler (Traci), Shane Hackler (Stacey), Shelley Whitmire (Terry), Randy Perkins and Andy Perkins (Heather); her grandchildren, Charlie Carlile, Jamie Mansfield, Brandon Blain (Chantel), Reagan Zimmer (Johnny), Kayla Womack (Zachary), Gracie Williams (Luke), Michael Hackler, Ethan Hackler, Evan Hackler, Dominic Perkins, Emilie Perkins, Andrew Whitmire and Symphony Perkins; and her siblings, Loretta Morigeau, Barbara Kerr, Michael and Billy Borden. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, close family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a tree be planted in Carolyn's memory.
