He is survived by: his parents, Kennie Sue Bailey Birch and Ricky Fay New (Rita); his siblings, Vikki Hudgens (Devon) and Jeremy New (Amanda); his nephew Joseph Birch; his aunts and uncles, Barbara and Fay Breeding; and his friend Bill Atherton (Roxanna).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Saline Independent Methodist Church (306 S Main St, Benton, AR 72015).
