He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve F. Smith and Erna Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diane Smith; his children, Brian Smith (Lindsey) and Shawn Smith; his grandchildren, Axel Smith, Gracee Smith, Jaxon Smith and Jemma Smith; and his siblings, JoAnne Williams, Eddie Bomar, Eddie Smith and Raymond Smith. He is also survived by cousins and nieces and nephews.
