She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ellis and Lucy Fern Gaines; her husband Dean O. Bruning; and her siblings, Harold Lee Ellis, Vincent Ellis and Vera Unrien.
She is survived by: her sons, William Dean (Stephanie Bruning), Curtis Lyle (Angi Bruning) and Troy Scott (Maurica Bruning); her sister-in-law Rachel Ellis; and her family Connie. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Salem United Methodist Church (1647 Salem Rd, Benton, AR 72019).
