He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Ivy of Benton; his wife Joyce Holiman Ivy of Benton; his son Reid Ivy; his daughter-in-law Daina Ringus; his granddaughters, Veronika Ivy and Ula Ivy of Riverside, IL; and his siblings, Andy Ivy of Hot Springs and Janie Vanlone of Benton.
