He is survived by: his brother Gary Don Hurst; his wife Judie; his daughters, Sheresa (Brian), Ashley (James), Mindy (Charles) and Allison (Austin); and his grandchildren, Alex (Brittany), Madison, Jimmy Blain, Hunter, Elizabeth, Daniel, Arabella, Lilee, Gordan, Mason, Kinsley, Faith and Danielle. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
