She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Wheeler Phelps and Hazel Hillman Phelps; her husband Melton Fulcher; her siblings, Harry, Layton, Jack, Joe Phelps, Caroline, Esther, Lucille and Sarah; her son-in-law Gordon Askew; and her grandson Clay Fulcher Askew.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Fulcher (Patti) of Sugar Land, Donald Fulcher (Becky) of Benton, Richard Fulcher (Angie) of Benton and Jean Ann White (David) of Benton; her grandchildren, Leslie Fulcher, Leah Ruck (Billy), Russell Askew (Krystal), Luke Fulcher (Morgan), Tyler Askew (Maeghan), Beau Fulcher (Allison), Holt Fulcher (Whitney) and Blake Askew (Haley Jo); and her sister Helen Ann Lucas of Kansas City. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ashby Funeral Home (108 W Narroway St, Benton, AR 72015). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
