He is survived by: his wife Sara Ann Akin Booth; his daughters, Melissa Booth (Missy), Michelle Booth (Shelly) and Holly Ann Booth Boyd (Tommy) of Tupelo, Mississippi; his sister Marinell Booth DeVore of Searcy; his nephews, Timothy Jimmie DeVore and Minor Forrest Booth III (James); his niece Yvette Devore Clark; his grandchildren, Hunter Douglas Ward (Irene) of Boston, Leah Alexandra Ward Winchester (Ethan) of Birmingham, Ethan Mathew Cozzens of Mayflower, William Carson Rogers of Little Rock, Callie Grace Rogers Andrus (Mike) of Bentonville, Anna-Kate Boyd Rios (Sebastian) of Southaven, Isabella Thomas Boyd of Starkville and Thomas Ladell Boyd, III of Tupelo; and his great grandchild Leo David Ward of Boston, Massachusetts..
